Mortgage Loan Officer

Position Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, based in the greater Austin, San Antonio or Waco Texas area.

• Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships and seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Conduct sales calls; develop loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline for efficiency and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

• Education:
  
  University/college degree or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Experience:
  
  < 1 year of professional experience preferred; experience in mortgage lending or related field is advantageous.
• Skills:
  
  banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, documentation, innovation, mortgages, sales competencies, customer experience management, effective communication, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling.
