Overview

Responsibilities
  • Drive financial results by actively building a strategic client acquisition pipeline and expanding the Bank’s presence.
  • Cultivate a robust prospect list through strong business development and networking to increase market share and revenue.
  • Ensure client coverage and a best‑in‑class experience by disciplined calling, understanding client objectives, and delivering optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate across the firm to identify opportunities and manage deals from inception to close.
  • Stay current on financial products, markets, regulations, and industry trends, especially those affecting middle‑market and corporate clients.
  • Manage risk and quality for new and existing clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Self‑manage pipeline and sales production using reports, data, and systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis and portfolio management with a focus on middle‑market and corporate clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess client needs.
  • Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent underwriting experience).
  • Self‑starter, persistent, with strong calling and production discipline.
  • Effective team player able to collaborate with partner groups in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High interest in community outreach and involvement.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
