Up to 6 month assignment with possible extension.
Provides Nationwide title, closing, settlement and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders. Responsible for the assessment and valuation of properties based on Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines, federal and state appraisal laws.
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the assignment of notaries to closing transactions, ensuring seamless execution from initial scheduling through post-closing activities.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven experience with scheduling and calendar management
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with notary scheduling and communication preferred
- Familiarity with the mortgage industry is a highly preferred
- The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently.
