- Providing support for overall Business Unit/Departmental budget, expenses, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Developing and maintaining budget processes including reporting, costing, and revenue projections
- Analyzing departmental factors to monitor budget, expenses, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with operational budgets and forecasts
- Working with internal managers and staff to develop, review, and approve budgets
- Forecasting sales revenue, service revenue, operating income, or other financial factors
- Developing, monitoring, and reporting financial KPIs for the department
- Gathering, analyzing, and preparing recommendations for financial planning and reporting techniques
- Assisting with implementing and transferring data to new programs, and creating new forms and metrics
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Have at least 1-2 years of applicable experience (strong internships related to the role will be considered)
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related area (direct related experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
- Are proficient with Microsoft products
- Have familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI applications
- Are local to Austin, TX
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
