They will create governance routines, dashboards, and exception queues to support timely remediation and audit readiness.

What you’ll Do:
  • Establish a control framework and operating cadence across trading oversight, suitability controls, and valuation governance (metrics, KRIs, documented procedures, issue management, audit readiness).
  • Lead cross‑functional reviews of trading, investment committee stakeholders, compliance, ops, custodians, and vendors, driving decisions from findings to implementation.
  • Develop automation and reporting in Excel using VBA/macros to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

  • Create and maintain governance routines, presenting dashboards and reporting packages to senior governance committees.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
  • Relevant licenses and/or certifications are preferred.
  • Hands‑on trading experience (execution, blocks/allocations, OMS workflows), investment committee exposure, or other governance forum experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design controls, write procedures, and run recurring oversight/testing programs (exception management, root‑cause analysis, remediation).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in trading operations, portfolio operations, investment management, financial planning, or related oversight roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macro development for tools, validations, exception queues, and reporting packages.
Benefits to support you:
  • Competitive pay and benefits with a large employer (over 1,600 employees nationwide).
  • 401(k), health insurance, and a competitive benefits package.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative environment committed to professional excellence.
  • Help clients navigate meaningful financial decisions with confidence.
  • Opportunities for training, development, and long‑term growth within the firm.
