The Associate will participate in the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management of investments, and contribute to the ongoing strategy and value creation of the firm. The role reports directly to the Managing Director of Investments and is based in Austin, Texas, with relocation assistance available.
Key responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and working on the structuring and execution of transactions including new investments and add-on acquisitions, new investment analysis, diligence, underwriting, and financing activities, construction of complex financial models, development and evaluation of investment theses, industry research and market analysis, preparation and presentation of investment committee materials, and active participation in portfolio company monitoring and value creation.
Relocation assistance is available for this full-time position in Austin, Texas.
