Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We're looking for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys building. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces technology and automation, and wants to play a key role in creating a finance function capable of supporting a business several times its current size.

• Own the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Build and enhance scalable accounting processes, controls, and operating procedures
• Lead month-end close, technical accounting, compliance, audit, and reporting activities
• Partner with leadership to implement best-in-class systems, workflows, and financial infrastructure
• Drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across finance and accounting processes
• Support ERP and broader finance technology implementations
• Develop documentation, controls, and governance frameworks appropriate for a larger-scale organisation
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and future growth planning
• Help create a finance function capable of supporting significant future scale

• Current Controller, Assistant Controller, Senior Accounting Manager, or finance leader ready to step into a larger role
• Experience with in a high-growth, recurring revenue, or technology-enabled business environment
• Background in private equity-backed, growth equity-backed, or rapidly scaling organisations
• CPA required (or international equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, audit, and controls expertise
• Track record of building processes, systems, and infrastructure to support scale
• Experience implementing or optimising ERP and finance technology platforms
• Strong interest in automation, AI, and leveraging technology to create more efficient finance operations
• Comfortable operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments with high levels of ownership and accountability
