Senior Financial Planner

Hybrid | Austin, TX Area (Phoenix/Tempe also available)
$130,000–$165,000+ Base + 20% Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced financial planning professional to support complex client planning needs while contributing to strategic initiatives across the business. This position offers a unique blend of advanced planning, advisor collaboration, project leadership, and process improvement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop sophisticated planning strategies and enhance the overall planning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans and planning recommendations
  • Analyze complex client situations and identify planning opportunities
  • Support advisors and internal stakeholders on planning-related matters
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and business improvement projects
  • Create planning resources and educational materials
  • Contribute to process enhancements and service delivery improvements
  • Present planning concepts and recommendations to various audiences
  • Assist with mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
  • CFP® designation required
  • 7+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working with affluent client planning needs
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and financial modeling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
