- Answer a high volume of requests from clients and Wealth Managers in a timely and professional manner
- Be part of a team of 3-5 people monitoring a joint email inbox and Business Process workflow queue throughout the day
- Be part of client service teams helping our Ultra High New Worth (UHNW) clients with complex portfolio needs
- Show initiative and take ownership of each task from start to finish
- Communicate effectively in a positive manner to your teammates in person, through instant messaging, and emails throughout the day
- Establish appropriate accounts for new and existing clients and process account/asset transfers from various custodians
- Assist in general client account maintenance such as cash needs, address changes, and adding additional account features
- Generate and review quarterly performance reports, tax reports, and investment management fee bills, ensuring timely processing of each
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and Wealth Managers across the firm
- Trouble shoot and use your skills to problem solve complex issues internally and with custodians
- Become a subject matter expert on Client Service Operations policies and procedures
- Participate in the continued growth planning and process engineering of Aspiriant, developing solutions to identified issues as well as proposing new ways of working efficiently and effectively
- Maintain client documents and records in accordance with compliance policies including filing hard copies and/or scanning of documents

Knowledge:
- A PRO in Word and Excel. (If you have knowledge of and/or experience with Black Diamond, Salesforce - we'll like you even more!)

- HIGHLY organized and can take on multiple tasks at the same time

Education:
We will consider any combination of experience and education which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service; financial services or an investment management firm a plus
- Team lead or people management experience a plus
- Single and Multi-Family Office Experience is preferred
- Experience with Private Investments is preferred
Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office.
