• Preparing and reviewing federal and state returns across a broad range of entity types including individuals, partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, trusts, and nonprofits
• Serving as a technical resource during client advisory meetings alongside firm leadership
• Reviewing accounting work completed by staff for accuracy and timeliness
• Contributing to financial statement preparation and analysis
• Participating in firm-wide initiatives around technology and process improvement
• Mentoring junior staff as needed

• 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• Solid technical foundation across multiple return types
• CPA preferred
• Someone who is comfortable in a tech-forward environment and open to how AI and automation are changing the industry
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in client relationships
• A team player who thrives in a smaller, collaborative setting
