About The Role
The Facility Management Finance Lead is responsible for financial management, reporting, and cost control across Facility Management operations. This role ensures financial transparency, supports budgeting and forecasting, and drives cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
We are looking for a Facility Management Finance Lead based out of Dallas, TX, with flexibility to work from other markets within Texas.
In this role, you will- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for Facility Management delivery
- Monitor actuals vs. budget, providing variance analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee invoicing, cost allocation, and client financial reporting
- Support pricing models and commercial proposals
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service outcomes
- Ensure compliance with financial governance, audit requirements, and internal controls
- Partner with operations and procurement to align financial and service delivery objectives
- Strong finance background within Facility Management or operational services
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Experience working within complex contracts and cost structures
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
