Honor Role is part of eBay’s partnership with the Department of Defense’s Skill Bridge initiative. The role provides on‑the‑job training and work experience for retiring or separating military service members and their spouses.

eBay is seeking candidates for a position that can be tailored to either a Financial Analyst or an Accountant role within the Honor Role Skill Bridge program. The role offers a seamless transition into the civilian workforce through practical experience and skill development in finance.

• Financial analysis or accounting tasks to support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare budgetary reports and financial forecasts aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain financial reports to provide insights into financial health and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance team members and cross‑functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial operations’ efficiency and accuracy.

• Prior experience in financial roles, with specific skills suited to either financial analysis or accounting. Military experience in finance‑related roles is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Military training in finance and accounting is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. Strong Excel skills are critical.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit.

Base pay range: $71,600 – $123,400. Total compensation may include a target bonus, restricted stock units, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave). Base pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience.

Employees are in an at‑will position, and the Company reserves the right to modify compensation as needed.
