• Since 2021, through disciplined client selection and exceptional execution, we have achieved a 100% closing ratio and $225 million average valuation while advising on a range of transactions including acquisitions, debt recaps, minority and majority equity recaps and strategic sales.

• A technically skilled and highly motivated professional having a minimum one year of software and technology M&A and financing experience with a highly reputable firm. Strong modelling skills are required, including LBO and retention analyses.

• Conducting extensive client and industry sector research and due diligence.
• Developing detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses.
• Creating data‑driven investor materials for transaction counter parties.
• Identifying, researching and qualifying relevant strategic investors.
• Executing in close collaboration with other bankers and interns.
• Communicating directly with clients and transaction partners.
