Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SG&A & Cap Ex) to join our Support Office team.

Make an Impact as the Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for SG&A reporting and forecasting, capital expenditure (Cap Ex) oversight, and delivering actionable financial insights that support Thrive’s corporate cost structure. You’ll serve as a key finance partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, helping ensure forecasts reflect real-time business conditions and enabling informed decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive SG&A Forecasting & Financial Insights:
    Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis, maintain forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with Corporate Leaders:
    Act as a trusted finance partner to departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support planning, prioritization, and cost discipline.
  • Manage Capital Expenditures (Cap Ex):
    Track and forecast capital spend, ensuring visibility into project‑level investments and alignment with approved budgets.
  • Support Planning & Strategic Initiatives:
    Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes while supporting executive, Board, and lender reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable financial processes and reporting enhancements.
  • Use data, insights, and strong communication to support decision‑making and drive results.
Your Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) preferred.
  • Experience supporting SG&A and corporate functions strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
