Make an Impact as the Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A RoleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for SG&A reporting and forecasting, capital expenditure (Cap Ex) oversight, and delivering actionable financial insights that support Thrive’s corporate cost structure. You’ll serve as a key finance partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, helping ensure forecasts reflect real-time business conditions and enabling informed decision-making.
What You’ll Do- Drive SG&A Forecasting & Financial Insights:
Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis, maintain forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making. - Partner with Corporate Leaders:
Act as a trusted finance partner to departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support planning, prioritization, and cost discipline. - Manage Capital Expenditures (Cap Ex):
Track and forecast capital spend, ensuring visibility into project‑level investments and alignment with approved budgets. - Support Planning & Strategic Initiatives:
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes while supporting executive, Board, and lender reporting. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable financial processes and reporting enhancements.
- Use data, insights, and strong communication to support decision‑making and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) preferred.
- Experience supporting SG&A and corporate functions strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
