As our Tax Credits & Incentives Associate, you’ll build the foundation for a successful career in cost segregation and R&D credits by learning alongside a skilled team of experts. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Previous experience in tax or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to cost segregation, fixed asset concepts, R&D credits, and/or incentive studies
• Eager to learn and develop technical expertise for a successful career in tax credits and incentives
• Ability to organize and manage detail‑intensive data/files while following established processes
• Technical verbal and written communication skills with close attention to detail
• MS Suite proficiency, especially Excel

• Support cost segregation studies through property cost data preparation and documentation
• Support R&D credit studies through project cost data preparation and documentation
• Proactively gather, organize, and validate client data needed to support study completion
• Ensure close coordination of workflows and documentation to meet engagement deadlines
• Continuously learn and apply cost segregation and R&D credit rules through hands‑on experience and collaboration with team members
