Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch your career in the financial services industry? What You'll Do:

  • Support Financial Advisors with a variety of client service and operational activities.

  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to address questions and service requests.

  • Schedule meetings and prepare materials for prospective and existing client appointments.

  • Assist with opening and maintaining client accounts and preparing required documentation.

  • Research and resolve account-related inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate administrative activities, track referrals, and support marketing initiatives.

  • Partner with internal teams to help deliver an exceptional client experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Previous internship, part-time, military, campus leadership, customer service, or financial services experience is highly valued.

  • Exposure to brokerage, wealth management, banking, investment operations, or financial services environments is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help clients.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy and professionalism.

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the financial services industry.
