Position Summary

We are actively seeking a Mortgage Closing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will facilitate the final steps of the mortgage lending process, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing experience for all parties involved.

• Review and analyze loan data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and assemble necessary closing documents, including final closing disclosures and settlement statements.
• Effectively communicate with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other involved parties.
• Coordinate closing logistics, schedule signings, and verify that all documentation is accurate.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations.
• Maintain accurate closing schedules and meet deadlines consistently.

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services and mortgage industry preferred.
• General understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

No travel is required unless specified by the client.

The current hourly pay range for this role is approximately $20-24.
