Steven Douglas is partnering with a client that is in search of an Interim Director of Treasury. This position is expected to be at least 2-3 months in duration and would work in office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities- Cash management and strategic cash positioning across multiple global entities
- Debt compliance monitoring and tracking debt service schedules and payments within existing legal structures
- Cash forecasting on an entity and consolidated level
- Intercompany cash management
- Bank account management and initiating, reviewing and processing payments using banking portal
- Collaborating with internal teams handling cash reporting/statements and accounting team handling journal entries, reconciliations and cash application
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Progressive treasury experience to the Director or Treasurer level
- Global, multi‑entity treasury experience required
- Experience with debt compliance and covenant monitoring
- Cash forecasting experience at the entity level
