Finance Manager, Capex , Finance and Business Integration; S.P.A.C.E

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance and Business Integration team, specifically supporting the development of AWS and SDO reporting mechanisms. This role will focus on fixed asset, leasing, and AWS accounting processes and will be instrumental in supporting and influencing the launches of internal reporting tools, as well as global fleet business initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with global financial systems, accounting operations, tax, treasury, and other teams, representing the accounting organization to various stakeholders.

This position requires collaboration with business finance and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and flexible world-class solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize.

Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – Accounting, Program Management, and Financial Systems. Candidate experience should cover financial processes, project management, accounting requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing responsibilities. Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams to accomplish unusually complex challenges is expected and an ongoing requirement for this position.

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a mid-size or large company with a proven record of successful delivery and customer obsession.

• CPA.
• Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification.
• Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions.
• PMP.
