Fund Finance Associate; Fund Accounting - Austin, TX - Real Estate Private Equity

A growing private equity real estate investment firm is seeking a Fund Finance Associate to join its lean and highly collaborative finance team. This role offers broad exposure across fund accounting, management company accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, and investor reporting while working directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes, maintaining general ledger activity, preparing financial statements, managing capital activity and investor allocations, assisting with cash management and treasury functions, coordinating with auditors and tax providers, and supporting process improvement initiatives as the platform continues to scale.

Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience within private equity, real estate private equity, fund accounting, or a fund administration environment. A CPA (or progress toward a CPA) is strongly preferred, along with strong Excel skills and a desire to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setting.
