THE ROLE:

As a Staff Financial Analyst within AMD's Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across business units, influence financial outcomes, and contribute to long-term planning. You'll develop financial models, analyze performance metrics, and present insights to senior leadership that shape AMD's future. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans

Analyze financial results and KPIs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities

Build and maintain financial models to guide business planning and strategic decisions

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent financial data Deliver clear, actionable insights through presentations and reports to senior management

Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and special projects that drive business performance

Monitor industry and economic trends to assess potential financial impacts

Uphold compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures PERFERRED EXPEREINCE:
Background in financial analysis, ideally within a corporate FP&A setting

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; financial modeling expertise

Experience with data analysis using SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or related tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment ACADEMIC CREDITIALS:
