Credit Program Management Leader

AB Private Credit Investors is the $24+ billion direct lending platform of Alliance Bernstein. We provide flexible financing solutions primarily to private equity‑backed companies, to private equity funds, and to the management companies of leading private equity sponsors. We also make equity co‑investments alongside our sponsor relationships.

AB-PCI is seeking to hire a Credit Program Management leader to join the investment team, with a focus on managing and developing junior investment professionals (interns, analysts, and associates) and driving selected process and project initiatives in partnership with the credit team leadership. The role will support the structuring, coordination, and ongoing evolution of AB-PCI's junior talent programs, including recruiting processes, training, performance management, and development frameworks.

The successful candidate will combine strong people‑management capabilities with program‑building, culture focus, and process orientation, working with and across investment teams to enhance consistency, training, and execution by the junior credit team.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, while maintaining accountability for both individual and team outcomes.
• Experience interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

Experience with in private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting environments, ideally with exposure to investment teams and/or talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives is preferred.

Bachelor's degree and approximately 7‑10+ years professional experience, with increasing scope of responsibility in program management, team leadership, or platform‑building roles.
