Mortgage Loan Officer - San Antonio/Austin

We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) who is passionate about business development and networking with the San Antonio communities. Our MLOs will focus on outside opportunities for their loan pipelines and earn commission based on their monthly loan volume. The earning potential for this position is unlimited.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue outside opportunities to develop loan pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships within the San Antonio communities.
- Generate monthly loan volume to earn commission.
- Maintain "eligible status" on the Mortgage Loan Officer designation through NMLS.
- Report any abnormal situations regarding NMLS designation to supervisor.
- Minimum of one year prior residential mortgage sales and origination experience.
- High school education or GED or better in General Studies.
- Bachelor's degree or better in other fields preferred.
- Maintain eligible status on the Mortgage Loan Officer designation through National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
