A client of ours—one of Austin’s fastest-growing and most dynamic consumer product companies-is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing FP&A team.

• Owning key FP&A responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Partnering with teams across the business (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support decision‑making
• Building and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Performing deep‑dive analysis (profitability, product lines, customer segments, trends)
• Identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to leadership
• Creating and presenting financial reports that help guide strategy
• Driving process improvements, automation, and scalability across finance
• Supporting and mentoring junior analysts as the team continues to grow

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working in a larger or more complex company environment
• Advanced Excel skills + experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams
• Naturally curious mindset—someone who wants to understand the “why” behind the numbers

• Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and reporting that leadership relies on
• Build scalable models and dashboards that improve visibility across the business
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities—not just report on them
• Act as a true business partner, influencing decisions across departments
• Improve processes and introduce automation to increase efficiency
• Elevate the quality and impact of FP&A insights within the organization
