A client of ours—one of Austin’s fastest-growing and most dynamic consumer product companies-is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing FP&A team.
This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to leadership, offering the opportunity to partner across the business and directly influence strategic decision‑making.

- Owning key FP&A responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Partnering with teams across the business (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support decision‑making
- Building and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Performing deep‑dive analysis (profitability, product lines, customer segments, trends)
- Identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to leadership
- Creating and presenting financial reports that help guide strategy
- Driving process improvements, automation, and scalability across finance
- Supporting and mentoring junior analysts as the team continues to grow
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
- Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience working in a larger or more complex company environment
- Advanced Excel skills + experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams
- Naturally curious mindset—someone who wants to understand the “why” behind the numbers
- Deliver accurate, timely forecasts and reporting that leadership relies on
- Build scalable models and dashboards that improve visibility across the business
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities—not just report on them
- Act as a true business partner, influencing decisions across departments
- Improve processes and introduce automation to increase efficiency
- Elevate the quality and impact of FP&A insights within the organization
