The firm is seeking investors with a strong track record of leading end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and investment committee materials. Candidates should also have experience working closely with portfolio company management teams on operational improvement and value creation initiatives.
This opportunity offers meaningful exposure beyond traditional deal execution, including time spent embedded within portfolio companies, leading add-on acquisitions, supporting roll-up strategies, and driving post-acquisition integrations. Strong academic credentials and prior private equity experience are required.
