Leading Austin-based, operationally focused middle market private equity firm is looking to hire an Investment Vice President.
The firm is seeking an investor with a strong track record of leading end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and investment committee materials. The candidate should also have experience working closely with portfolio company management teams on operational improvement and value creation initiatives.
This opportunity offers meaningful exposure beyond traditional deal execution, including time spent embedded within portfolio companies, leading add-on acquisitions, supporting roll-up strategies, and driving post-acquisition integrations.
