You’ll take ownership of key account credit operations and play a critical role in improving processes, strengthening customer relationships, and driving insights that impact business performance.

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Opportunity to step into a high-impact, business-facing finance role
  • Direct exposure to Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership
  • Blend of financial analysis, credit operations, and strategic problem-solving
  • Join a high-growth, well-established company with strong momentum and continued investment in systems and analytics
  • Real opportunity to own processes, improve reporting, and drive change
  • Work with key strategic customers across eCommerce, retail, and hospitality channels
What You’ll Be Responsible For Credit Operations & Key Account Ownership
  • Serve as the lead resource for key account credit operations, including deductions, rebates, short pays, and dispute resolution
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, partnering cross-functionally to drive resolution
  • Analyze account activity, trends, and risk exposure across a portfolio of high-impact customers
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into deductions, rebates, customer trends, and account performance
  • Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI and ERP systems
  • Provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and process improvements
Month-End Close & Financial Ownership
  • Own key credit-related close activities, including bad debt reserve analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams
  • Drive collaboration to ensure both customer experience and financial outcomes are optimized
Process Improvement & Scalability
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Help build a more scalable, efficient credit and account management function
  • Strengthen controls while improving speed and accuracy across workflows
What They’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, credit, or a related role
  • Experience working with customer accounts, deductions, rebates, or credit operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a consumer products, retail, or distribution environment is a plus
Key Expectations & What Success Looks Like
  • Take ownership of key account credit operations and drive timely resolution of complex issues
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights into customer trends, risk, and financial performance
  • Improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility across the credit function
  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Operations teams
  • Strengthen processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency
  • Make a meaningful impact in a role that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer strategy
The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond traditional FP&A or accounting into a more dynamic, business-facing finance role.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Own a critical function that directly impacts customer relationships and cash flow
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization
  • Drive process improvements in a growing, evolving company
  • Build a strong foundation for long-term growth within finance

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and being close to the business rather than sitting behind the scenes.
