A client of ours—one of Austin’s fastest-growing and most dynamic consumer product companies—is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst, Credit to their team.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where finance meets operations, sales, and customer strategy. You’ll take ownership of key account credit operations and play a critical role in improving processes, strengthening customer relationships, and driving insights that impact business performance.

- Serve as the lead resource for key account credit operations, including deductions, rebates, short pays, and dispute resolution
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, partnering cross-functionally to drive resolution
- Analyze account activity, trends, and risk exposure across a portfolio of high-impact customers
- Perform deep-dive analysis into deductions, rebates, customer trends, and account performance
- Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI and ERP systems
- Provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and process improvements
- Own key credit-related close activities, including bad debt reserve analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
- Support accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls
- Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams
- Drive collaboration to ensure both customer experience and financial outcomes are optimized
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Help build a more scalable, efficient credit and account management function
- Strengthen controls while improving speed and accuracy across workflows
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, credit, or a related role
- Experience working with customer accounts, deductions, rebates, or credit operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a consumer products, retail, or distribution environment is a plus
- Take ownership of key account credit operations and drive timely resolution of complex issues
- Deliver clear, actionable insights into customer trends, risk, and financial performance
- Improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility across the credit function
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Operations teams
- Strengthen processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency
- Make a meaningful impact in a role that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer strategy
