We’re looking for a Pre‑Sales & Banking Connectivity Specialist to sit at the intersection of sales, treasury, and technical implementation.

What You’ll Do
  • Sales & CS Enablement
    • Coach and guide Account Executives on structuring and delivering treasury‑focused demos.
    • Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on U.S. banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections.
    • Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one‑pagers.
    • Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product to shape the roadmap.
  • Pre‑Sales & Deal Execution
    • Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid‑market sales cycles.
    • Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects’ specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking setups.
    • Lead technical and treasury‑focused conversations with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers.
    • Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses.
    • Run proof‑of‑concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects.
    • Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires.
    • Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of U.S. alternatives.
  • Banking Connectivity – Pre‑Sales
    • Serve as the primary expert on U.S. banking connectivity during the sales process.
    • Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non‑technical language for CFO and Controller audiences.
    • Proactively engage with U.S. banks to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation.
    • Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early, reducing post‑sale surprises.
  • Banking Connectivity – Implementation & Onboarding
    • Work hand‑in‑hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup.
    • Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across U.S. banks.
    • Build and maintain a living playbook of U.S. bank integration specs, contacts, and requirements.
    • Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point.
    • Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers.
  • Strategic Contributions
    • Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap.
    • Track and report on the impact of pre‑sales involvement on win rate, deal size, and sales cycle length.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre‑sales, or financial software implementation.
  • Hands‑on practitioner background in corporate treasury (cash positioning, bank reconciliation, reporting).
  • Hands‑on knowledge of U.S. banking connectivity standards: SFTP, Host‑to‑Host (H2H), SWIFT, and ideally bank APIs.
  • Experience working with a broad range of U.S. banks, including regional and community banks.
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting.
  • Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, ideally with mid‑market or enterprise companies.
  • Excellent communicator – comfortable in CFO meetings and technical integration discussions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where little exists.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite, Sage, Quick Books, SAP).
