Transaction Advisory Senior Associate

My client, a midsize CPA firm in Austin, TX, is seeking a Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence Associate or Senior Associate for its growing Advisory Practice. The ideal candidate will be located in Austin and have strong experience with Quality of Earnings reports.

As a transaction advisory associate, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data. You will participate in discussions with key executives and decision makers and help identify potential issues important to our clients’ investment decisions. Professional writing skills and the ability to clearly document findings are vital to your success in this role.
