ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced tools — including Excel and AI-powered platforms — to drive insight and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; identify trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Use advanced Excel techniques (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, macros) to automate reporting workflows
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve analysis speed, generate insights, and streamline documentation
  • Collaborate with all departments to support planning cycles
  • Support ad hoc data analysis and special projects as needed
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
  • Advanced Excel:
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
