ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage advanced tools — including Excel and AI-powered platforms — to drive insight and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Use advanced Excel techniques (Pivot Tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, macros) to automate reporting workflows
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve analysis speed, generate insights, and streamline documentation
- Collaborate with all departments to support planning cycles
- Support ad hoc data analysis and special projects as needed
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
- Advanced Excel:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and financial modeling - Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
