Senior Financial Analyst

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a growing technology client in Austin, TX. In this role, you will:

• Support forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling across key revenue, expense, and business performance areas
• Partner with business leaders to analyze trends, explain variances, and provide actionable financial insights
• Own month-end reporting, forecast deliverables, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis from start to finish
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen reporting accuracy, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or another high-growth environment
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to build financial models and interpret key business drivers
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, P&L analysis, and performance reporting
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership
