Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy‑side experience, a deep understanding of capital markets, and exceptional writing and communication skills. This is an on‑site role based from our Austin, TX Corporate HQ.
Fridays remote.
- Investor Communication:
Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision‑making. - Relationship Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. - Financial Analysis:
Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor‑friendly messaging. - Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies. - Strategic Messaging:
Help craft and refine the company’s long‑term equity story and investment thesis.
- Experience:
5 years in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance. Buy‑side experience strongly preferred. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, communications, or a related field preferred. - Skills:
Writing and storytelling ability with keen eye for detail, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Tools:
Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (Bloomberg, Fact Set, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight) ideal. Strong aptitude for learning.
