Become a crucial part of our team as a Senior Finance Manager, where your insights help shape business decisions and drive long‑lasting success. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities for the Epicor Consulting Services organization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial results, driving reporting excellence, supporting strategic decision‑making, and implementing processes and controls that align with company goals.

We are seeking applicants with strong analytical skills, strategic business acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business planning processes, identifying key business drivers and developing operational metrics that support organizational decision‑making.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, serving as a reporting subject matter expert within the Epicor Consulting Services organization.
  • Partner with business leaders and commercial teams to deliver robust financial analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage monthly management reporting processes, including leadership presentations, financial performance reviews, and executive‑level insights.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks while implementing processes and controls that improve financial accuracy and business performance.
  • Collaborate across functions to improve data quality, optimize financial systems, and drive process enhancements with a focus on reporting and planning efficiency.
  • Participate in field sales and leadership meetings, provide ad hoc analysis, and support special projects that advance organizational objectives.
What you will likely bring:
  • 10+ years’ experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related disciplines, with demonstrated success delivering business impact.
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting a consulting services organization, with a strong understanding of the operational and financial drivers that impact revenue, utilization, profitability, and growth.
  • Extensive experience in analytical and quantitative problem‑solving, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, and business applications.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support executive decision‑making.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
