Candidate profileWe are seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated professional. The position requires a minimum of one year of software and technology M&A and financing experience with a highly reputable firm. Strong modeling skills are required, including LBO and retention analyses.
Key responsibilities- Conducting extensive client and industry sector research and due diligence
- Developing detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses
- Creating data-driven investor materials for transaction counter parties
- Identifying, researching and qualifying relevant strategic investors
- Executing in close collaboration with other bankers and interns
- Communicating directly with clients and transaction partners
- Highly competitive base and total comp (bonuses paid as deals close, not just annually)
- Extensive daily exposure to clients, counter parties, and both junior and senior bankers
