Consumer Finance Credit Specialist - Austin, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales process by securing secondary financing in a timely manner to satisfy homeowner lending needs.
• Manage financing options offered to homeowners/potential customers.
• Interact with customers and project consultants to obtain additional credit information.
• Effectively communicate training and monitoring of the sales force specific to the company's credit/finance option policies and procedures.
• Manage processes and procedures for obtaining customer financials and clearing lender conditions.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of credit lending.
• Ability to problem‑solve and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• College degree or equivalent finance experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' consumer credit lending or unsecured loan processing experience; required.
• Nights/Weekend availability required.

Pay $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
