Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Investment Operations Associate located in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid position.

The Investment Operations Associate will:

• Manage the portfolio management system and database (Orion)
• Create and maintain client reports and business intelligence reports
• Administer an account review process to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Contribute to department and firm-level projects
• Maintain institutional relationships with vendors and partner firms
• Support financial advisors in their use of the portfolio management system
• Administer the billing process
• Support compliance processes with report generation

Qualifications

• Experience using the Orion portfolio management system
• Experience engaging investment custodians (Fidelity and/or Charles Schwab)
• Functional understanding of database structures
• Communication skills with an emphasis on clarity
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Compensation

• Base compensation of $65,000 - $80,000 based upon experience
• Performance-based bonus
