About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the administration of fiduciary accounts, ensuring adherence to governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies. The Trust Administrator works closely with senior team members to manage client accounts, address client needs, and support a consistent and compliant client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Fiduciary Account Administration:
    Supports the administration of trust accounts in accordance with governing documents, applicable laws, and organizational policies, ensuring alignment with fiduciary standards.
  • Account Oversight and Review:
    Reviews documents and account activity for accuracy and completeness, monitors transactions, and submits actions for approval as appropriate.
  • Client Support:
    Responds to client, beneficiary, and advisor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution of routine requests.
  • Risk and Compliance Management:
    Ensures adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and internal policy requirements, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Partners with senior team members to address client issues, including distribution requests, fee inquiries, and account-related matters.
  • Account Lifecycle Management:
    Assists with account openings and closings, ensuring proper documentation, asset transfers, and accurate setup of account and tax reporting information.
  • Collaboration and Partnership:
    Works closely with internal teams and senior administrators to support account management and client service delivery.
  • Process Improvement:
    Participates in initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery to clients.
  • Other Duties:
    Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support the team and the company’s mission.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trust administration, financial services, or a related client service role.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position reflects the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. The role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
