  • Perform Blackline and Smart Close tasks including reconciliations, journal validation support, exception resolution, and close task completion.
  • Prepare and retain SOX control evidence for reconciliations, journals, intercompany eliminations, bank accounts, and payment processes, as needed.
  • P2P & Treasury Operational Support:
Execute P2P/AP operational activities including vendor master support, invoice processing validation, payment run checks, and subledger-to-GL reconciliation support.
  • Support Treasury integrations and operations including bank connectivity testing, payment file validation, cash positioning inputs, and bank-to-GL reconciliations.
  • Work with partner teams to resolve integration and operational issues, escalating through defined channels when required.
  • Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
Maintain and update SOPs, desk guides, and execution documentation to reflect current processes and system behavior.
  • Identify execution-level improvement opportunities and support implementation through testing, documentation updates, and validation.
  • Contribute to operational metrics and reporting by preparing data inputs and validation support.
