• We are seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated professional. The position requires a minimum of one year of software and technology M&A and financing experience with a highly reputable firm. Strong modeling skills are required, including LBO and retention analyses.

• Conducting extensive client and industry sector research and due diligence
• Developing detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses
• Creating data-driven investor materials for transaction counter parties
• Identifying, researching and qualifying relevant strategic investors
• Executing in close collaboration with other bankers and interns
• Communicating directly with clients and transaction partners

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of work experience with Banking
• 1+ years of work experience with Investment Banking
• 1+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel
