Stanley Auto Group is one of the largest privately‑owned family dealer groups in Texas, employing over 250 people across seven locations. We are currently hiring a Finance and Insurance Manager for our Brownwood, Texas dealership.

The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Finance Department, building a team‑oriented culture, ensuring top‑box customer satisfaction, and maintaining departmental profitability. The role includes managing lender relationships, rebate processing, contract accuracy, prompt funding, and ethical deal handling.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with finance source partners
- Obtain lender approvals through appropriate deal structure and strong negotiation skills
- Present the full line of backend products, achieving penetration and per‑copy targets
- Minimize chargebacks by ensuring customers understand product values and appropriate markup
- Ensure customer signature on menu items in all deal jackets
- Collaborate with variable department management to maximize volume and gross
- Provide backup to the desk as needed
- Accurately complete and route all paperwork to secure quick funding
- Review all deals for accuracy (finance reserve, taxes, registration fees, manufacturer rebates, other special programs)
- Ensure full compliance with all policies and laws (Red Flag, Risk‑Based Disclosure, Adverse Action Notices, FTC Safeguard Rules)
- Assist in mentoring and training the sales team
- Minimum two years of automotive dealership finance experience and at least one year of dealership management experience
- Proven ability to maintain strong finance source relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- High ethical conduct, adherence to product mark‑up caps, and compliance with corporate policies
- Background and drug test clearance requirement
- 100% turnover to F&I
- 100% customer interview and product presentation
- Menu/Disclosure with customer acceptance or rejection of products
- Signed credit applications on all potential buyers regardless of sale
- Privacy notices compliance
- Risk‑Based Pricing Notice disclosure
