United Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Collector to manage past due and at‑risk debts. Under supervision, you will minimize losses by proactively handling delinquent accounts and coordinating with the Collections Manager on special cases.
You will contact past due members, document notes, and support repossession processes. Ideal candidates have financial services or call center experience and a high school diploma, with knowledge of state and federal collection rules.
