Loan Service Representative

Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Service Representative to support members with consumer, auto, and mortgage loan servicing. In this role, you will respond to member inquiries, process payments and adjustments, maintain accurate loan records, and resolve issues promptly while adhering to credit union policies and regulatory requirements. You will educate members on loan options, cross-sell appropriate financial products, and escalate complex issues when needed.
