Responsibilities
- Support the Director in supervising and mentoring Financial Aid staff
- Oversee financial aid processes, including packaging, disbursements, and verification
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations
- Conduct student counseling, including entrance and exit loan sessions
- Assist with department reporting, team training, and operational initiatives
- Represent the department at campus events such as orientation and open houses
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-4+ years of financial aid experience in a post-secondary institution
- Strong knowledge of federal Title IV regulations
- Experience with Campus Vue or similar student information systems preferred
