Chase - - Responsibilities:
Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital banking tools;
Build meaningful relationships with clients through active listening and collaboration with branch teammates to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
