Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator

Klassic Recruiting is in partnership with Park Place Finance to locate a full-time experienced Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for our Austin, Texas Location. We are a full-service residential mortgage correspondent lender originating, conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loans.

We currently are licensed to originate loans in Texas, California, Colorado and have the capacity to close loans in as little as 2 weeks. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join our growing office. As a partner of Lending Tree, we can provide significant opportunities to grow your business.

Responsibilities Include:

• Originating and submitting complete mortgage origination packages to dedicated processing team.
• Staying compliant within the framework of TRID.
• Maintain current relationships and develop new business in conjunction with our marketing strategies.
• Communicate with realtors, borrowers, and processors to ensure smooth loan process from origination to closing.
• Following up with company generated leads.
• Maintain a strong knowledge base of lending programs and changes to compliance.

NMLS MLO License Requirements:

• Active state‑specific license required - if you do not have a license then please do not apply.
• 2+ years origination experience.
• Active referral network is preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of overall mortgage lending processes; regulations and guidelines; and mortgage programs.
• Knowledge of Encompass, PDF software programs, preferred.
• Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
