The Financial Services Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, focused on helping individuals and businesses develop and implement tailored financial strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess their financial goals, analyzing current financial situations, and recommending solutions in areas such as retirement planning, risk management, and investment strategies. The role involves preparing financial plans, presenting options clearly, and following up regularly to adjust strategies as clients’ needs evolve.
The Financial Services Professional will also engage in prospecting, networking, and maintaining client relationships, while collaborating with internal teams and leveraging firm resources to deliver high-quality service.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and implement comprehensive client strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Financial Services knowledge to interpret financial products, markets, and regulatory considerations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional licenses (such as FINRA securities registrations, insurance licenses, or relevant state licenses) or willingness to obtain them are beneficial.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience, strong ethical standards, and a results-oriented mindset are highly valued.
- Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, manage multiple client engagements, and use financial planning tools and CRM software effectively.
