The firm specializes in opportunistic real estate and credit investments across the U.S., with a focus on complex transactions including land development, distressed assets, and structured finance.

• 3-4 years of experience in real estate private equity across more than one asset class.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Preference for those who are familiar with scratch modeling vs using templates.
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
