Acquisition Associate

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing real estate investment firm in Austin, TX, seeking an Acquisition Associate to join their team. This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with leadership, source new investment opportunities, and play a key role in the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisition opportunities by building relationships with investment bankers, commercial bankers, and commercial real estate professionals
• Analyze market and property data to assess investment opportunities
• Perform real estate and credit underwriting for prospective transactions
• Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and supporting analysis
• Partner with the Acquisitions Director and team members to achieve acquisition goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, business development, or relationship management
• Proven success building relationships with executives and professional advisors
• Strong analytical, underwriting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Self-starter with a competitive drive and strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
