Indirect Underwriter

Tarvos Talent is seeking an experienced Indirect Underwriter for a growing financial institution in Austin, TX. As the Indirect Underwriter, you’ll evaluate consumer lending applications, assess credit risk, and make informed underwriting decisions while balancing accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional member service. You’ll manage a consistent application volume, collaborate with internal teams, and help ensure a seamless lending experience from application through decision.

The ideal candidate will have experience underwriting indirect, auto, or consumer loans and a strong understanding of credit evaluation and risk assessment. They will also bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience with a loan origination system is a must.
