As a CBRE Investor Asset Management Analyst, you will evaluate and present data that will assist with managing, exploiting, and redeveloping portfolios in order to maximize growth.
This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. They are responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Optimize basic cash flow distribution through tenant management, securing rent levels and cash control.
- Review performance fees, cost reductions, and value growth by optimizing rental income to lower the risk profile.
- Gather market data to assist with developing marketing and property management strategies.
- Work with property accountants to create asset management reports. Assess the performance of local property managers, in collaboration with the portfolio manager.
- Provide input for the property valuations process.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
